Fabian Pascal is an independent industry analyst, consultant, author and
lecturer specializing in database management. He has advised US and
international users and vendors. Clients include IBM, Borland, Census
Bureau, UCSF and CIA. Author of SQL AND RELATIONAL BASICS (M&T Books,1990)
and UNDERSTANDING RELATIONAL DATABASES (John Wiley, 1993), he has contributed
extensively to most industry publications, including Byte, Computerworld,
Infoworld and most database publications. As contributing editor to
MicroTimes he wrote OS/2 and hardware/NT oriented columns.
